Click on File

Click on Account Settings -> Account Settings

Select your email account from the list, and click “repair” above

Click “Advanced options” -> “Let me repair my account manually”, then click “Repair” (this might take a minute)

If the top heading says “POP Account Settings”, Verify incoming mail settings are as the following. If it says “IMAP Account Settings”, skip to the next step:
- User Name: email@domain.com (e.g. test@702com.net)
- Server: mail.702mx.com
- Port: 995
- This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) CHECKED
- Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) UNCHECKED
If your client says “IMAP Account Settings”, verify settings are as follows:
- User Name: email@domain.com (e.g. test@702com.net)
- Server: mail.702mx.com
- Port 993
- This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) CHECKED
- Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) UNCHECKED
Then, click on “Outgoing mail”

Verify outgoing mail server is “mail.702mx.com”, port is 465, and encryption method is “SSL/TLS” (In some versions of outlook, this may be a “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)” checkbox.
Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) should NOT be checked.
Check the box that says “My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication, and select “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.
- Server: mail.702mx.com
- Port: 465
- Encryption method: SSL/TLS
- Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) UNCHECKED
- My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication CHECKED

Click “Next”, then “Done”, and finally “Close”.

You should now be able to send/receive email.
